Early birthday gift
I bought my grandson this bed as an early birthday gift. He loves, loves, LOVES it!
XL review
The package came beat up probably because of its weight. I thought I was missing a small part, but I found it with the small plastic tips. One of the slats was bent, but I’m hoping the mattress weight fixes it. Needed to force some parts for the screws to go in. Was able to do it alone. I purchased the XL because the other was sold out. So I’m hoping the tv won’t be an issue on a big plate. Satisfied with the final product. Will see once I try to set up the tv and put the mattress on.

Very good craftsmanship
I was absolutely impressed with the quality of craftsmanship. This definitely was NOT made in China. This is a very sturdy bed and designed very well. I very satisfied with the quality. ??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star quality
Very unhappy
This bed could be awesome but with poor customers service I it isn't head board came damage have sent over 15 emails and if they get answered it is generic I have sent my info over and the matter has not been resolved I would tell any one at this point to avoid buying from xrocket if someone truly wants one of your products they should go to a third party and pay double but at least if something is wrong you can get it resolvef
Tough decision
As stated above bed looks good but support is not good my product is damaged can't get any help the number in the manual is disconnected and the number in the UK if you get someone is no help I really want to keep this bed as my boy is super excited
