Terms in these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions shall serve as the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes.
PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD:
The X ROCKER ULTIMATE GAMING BEDROOM sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on 10/19/2022 at 12AM EST and ends on 12/31/2022 at 11:59PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:
To participate in the Sweepstakes and/or receive a prize you must be (a) a natural person 18 years old or over at the time of entry, and (b) living in the United States of America (the “Allowed Countries”). Non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and employees of Ace Bayou Corp. (X Rocker Gaming) or X Rocker Gaming’s affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and any employees’ immediate family and persons living in the same household are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void outside of the Allowed Countries geographic area described above and wherever else prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER (SWEEPSTAKES RULES):
During the Promotion Period, entrants must submit both their email and full name in the form on http://eepurl.com/h__z-D, opting in to the X Rocker Gaming Newsletter mailing list. The entry process is not complete, and entrants are not eligible to win, until all information requested in the form has been entered, and the information has been submitted.. Only one entry is allowed per email address. No use of any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will be allowed, nor will incomplete entries. Entries from persons who are not eligible to win per these official rules and the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
WINNER SELECTION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZE:
One (1) winners will be selected and notified by e-mail no later than 2/28/2023. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. X Rocker Gaming will pay for ground shipping to the address of the confirmed, eligible sweepstakes winner(s), except that no prizes will be shipped outside the Allowed Countries.
Confirmed sweepstakes winners may not exchange prizes for cash or any other merchandise or services. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, X Rocker Gaming reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. X Rocker Gaming will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes, fees, or duties, if any, that apply to prizes. Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.
The odds of winning a prize are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) X Rocker Basecamp Gaming Bed with TV Mount, (1) X Rocker Adrenaline Pedestal Gaming Chair (1) X Rocker Vortex PC Gaming Chair and (1) X Rocker Cobra RGB Gaming Desk, worth an estimated ARV of $850 in total.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions, including the Sweepstakes Rules and prize redemption instructions, and to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless X Rocker Gaming, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, its business partners, employees and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.
Any attempt by an entrant or any third party to tamper, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes by hacking, cheating or damaging the sweepstakes entry process in any way will result in automatic disqualification from the sweepstakes and may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. X Rocker Gaming reserves the rights to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.
X Rocker Gaming reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend this Sweepstakes and/or to randomly select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation, change the Sweepstakes in the case of a compromised sweepstakes, catastrophic event or any other unforeseen event that cannot be reasonably anticipated affects this Sweepstakes.

If you are selected as a winner, we will contact you to additionally collect your shipping information to send you your prize upon receiving your consent to collect the information.

Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of Louisiana in the United States of America, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Louisiana for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.
Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Louisiana.
